3D MODELLER
Requirements & Qualifications :

• Minimum D3/ S1 Degree in Architecture,
• Maximum age 30 years old,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field & positions,
• Computer literate, able to operate 3D MAX, Render Vray, Auto Cad, Photoshop
• Good proficiency of English : Both speaking & writing, min. passive,
• To be able to finish the jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure,
• Good team player, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.

ESTIMATOR/QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements & Qualifications :

• Minimum D3/ S1 Degree in Civil/Architecture,
• Maximum age 35 years old,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field & positions,
• Computer literate, able to operate MS Excel, Word, Auto Cad and others,
• To be able to make RAB & RAP for Architectural & Interior Works,
• To be able to make Analisa Harga Satuan (Unit Price Analysis),
• Good proficiency of English : Both speaking & writing, min. passive,
• To be able to finish the jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure,
• Good team player, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Requirements & Qualifications :

• Male S1 Degree in Interior / Architecture/ Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field & positions,
• To be able to execute, control, monitor and supervise progress of Project at job-site,
• To be able to develop & improve the execution team / work forces,
• Computer literate (MS Project, Excel, Word, Autocad and Others,
• Good proficiency of English: Both speaking & writing,
• To be able to finish the targeted jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure,
• To be able to manage & handle several projects at the same time,
• To be able to deliver excellent project report,
• To be able to finish the jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure,
• Good team player, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.
