Eco-id Design Consultancy Pte Ltd (www.ecoid.com) is a multidisciplinary firm based in Singapore, established in 1996. Eco-id Consulting Ltd was established in 1997 as a corporate vehicle for regional projects outside Singapore. We also have regional offices in Guangzhou and Bangkok. Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for the following positions.

Design Architect (Senior & Intermediate Level)

Responsibilities:

• To provide Architectural Design Expertise and related services
• To implement product design concepts & presentation tasks of architectural projects as allocated by Directors/Associates
• To assist the design process of these projects and resolve problems as needed
• To provide design progress feedback to Directors/Associates on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Good Degree in Architecture (Part 2) from a recognized University or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience
• Ability to function and deliver in a fast paced team work environment
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of Junior Architects in large scale projects particularly Hospitality and High End Residential work
• Having an international outlook on architectural design and proficient in Contract Administration
• Effective communication with all levels
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other commonly used software applications
