Interior Designer, Drafter, 3d Artist, and Supervisor

We are a growing national consultant and contractor company, inviting qualified individuals to join for the following available position:

1. INTERIOR DESIGNER ( ID)
2. DRAFTER (DRF)
3. 3D ARTIST (3D)
4. INTERIOR PROJECT SUPERVISOR (IPS)

ID:

• minimum having S1 degree in architecture / interior design, with minimum GPA 2.7
• Minimum 1 years experience in the same position (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Fluent in operating comp software (3D max, AutoCAD, Photoshop)
• Good communication in English both oral and written
• Male / Female 21-35 years old
• High integrity, detailed, self confidence
• Task oriented and able to work independently
• Strong communication skill and presentation skill

DRF:

• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD computer programming, skilled in 3D max and Photoshop is an advantage
• Male / Female max. 35 years old
• Minimum 1 years experience in the same position (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Task oriented and able to work independently
• Discipline, honest, creative, willing to work under pressure and overtime

3D:

• Strong knowledge and skilled in 3D max. Capable in AutoCAD and Photoshop is an advantage
• Male / Female max. 35 years old
• Minimum 1 years experience in the same position (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Task oriented and able to work independently
• Discipline, honest, creative, willing to work under pressure and overtime

IPS:

• Male / Female max. 45 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Computer skill: Ms Office (Intermediate). skilled in AutoCAD is an advantage
• Task oriented, able to work independently and teamwork
• High integrity, detailed, self confidence, discipline, honest, creative, willing to work under pressure and overtime
• good communication and coordination skill

Deskripsi Kerja:

• Bisa menghitung progress kerja di lapangan, menghitung volume pekerjaan dan material, membuat time schedule dan realisasi
• Menguasai project management, presentasi, koordinasi, controlling / pengawasan dan detail pelaksanaan
• Dapat mengelola Project Management, Time Schedule & Problem Solver
• Membuat laporan kegiatan dan kemajuan pekerjaan; Harian, mingguan serta bulanan termasuk dokumentasinya.
