Customer Service Executive

About You:

Position Overview:
To ensure all warehouse support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively according to company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amount of inbound calls effectively in a professional manner.
- Attract potential members by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to member and distributor.
- Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeline and follow up to ensure the matter is resolved.
- Go the extra mile to engage members and distributors.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Female
- Minimum of 2 years related customer service experiences.
- Excellent negotiation skills, including the art of persuasion
- Well verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to speak to people on all levels and in a variety of cultures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Expert in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
