HR Internship (Magang)

• Making candidates data base
• Screening CV-s based on the role profile
• Assist group interview
• Responds to incoming email inquiries in HR Admin mailbox
• Sending result email to candidates
• Data entry and general administration
• Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
• Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases
• Manage pre-screening interview

Requirements

• Female
• Student of Psychology majors  (Credit finished and working on thesis) or Fresh Graduate are welcome (hanya untuk yang belum memiliki pengalaman pekerjaan)
• Able to do full time internship (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM)
• Have a good knowledge of HR Area
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and result oriented
• Have analysis ability, dynamic, creative, tough & fast learner
• Good communication in English.
• Live near Palmerah Jakarta Barat.
