Job Description:

• End to end handle the Talent Acquisition process.
• External Talent Mapping.
• Employee Refferal Program.
• Recruitment Database.
• Conduct employment contract negotiation and signing.
• Lead, monitor the on-boarding program.
• Conduct, analyze and record the exit interview.
• Other HR tasks that is assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree along with a specialist HR qualification preferred.
• Approximately 5-8 years' relevant spectrum HR experience is a must.
• Great understanding of recruitment process is a must.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly, as this will have someone working with multiple computer programs.
• Able to operate Ms. Excel well.
• Energetic, and self-motivated.
• Has knowledge in Labor Law
