Project Engineering Manager

Hi Engineers, we are opening a new opportunity for you whose big initiative to develop our company through engineering projects at Karawang Factory as PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER.

As Project Engineering Manager, you'll responsible to:

1. Direct and manage the project which addressed to Corporate Engineering from beginning to end and to ensure project accomplishment within budget, target date and meet the quality standard.
2. Define project scope, goals, plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
3. Define and estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
4. Track project milestones and deliverables
5. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas

With requirements as per below:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2. Minimal 3 years experience in related field in multinational FMCG company
3. Have strong leadership
4. Good communication skill and good personnel adaptability
5. Fluently in English
6. Having knowledge of hygienic design
7. Having Maintenance Knowledge
8. Willing to be placed in Karawang Factory
