Job Description:

• Set the company strategy for vehicles deployment in each venture that enables the proper fleet profile for effective operations and costs. This is done in collaboration with Country Manager and the Regional Fleet VP to ensure uniformity and cost-effectiveness.
• Support other departments: Routes, Line Haul for their need in vehicles, regular operations and campaigns. This supposes strong network with trucking companies and excellent negotiation skills.
• Develop recruitment strategies to improve the breed of couriers,
• Oversee the direction of the development and implementation of training materials, uniforms and corporate ID delivery staff of trucks and motorcycles.
• Implement and maintain ownership programs that enable LEX independent contractors to buy or lease vehicles that represent LEX professionally at street level.
• Manage contract administration, incentive and compensation programs for employees and independent contractors.
• Administer insurance, loss control, and liability programs in a prudent manner and in compliance with local regulations and requirements.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain the delivery professionals we need to do our business at the highest level.
• Maintain vehicle standards for safety, cost effectiveness and professional image among our customers and the public.
• Constantly upgrade our people and our fleet assets.

Job Requirements:

• Min bachelor degree from Reputable University
• Under 40 years old
• Speaking and writing fluently in English for reporting and day to day activity
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the similar industry as Manager
