- Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project

- Engage all respective service delivery teams required to execute the operational and project.
- Manage multiple branch while ensuring the productivity are met both internally and externally.
- Lead the day-to-day relationships and manage the activities of the 3PL staff and companies that operate in our sort facility.
- Ensure that staffing functions is appropriate and react to daily volume changes and changes in freight profiles.
- Oversee the training and development of their subordinate’s through a close working relationship with HR.
