Location: Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan

Qualifications:

• 3 – 4 Year(s) of working experience as HR, Talent Acquisition or Recruiter from Headhunter consultant
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting & employee branding techniques
• Familiar with variety of different selection recruitment method and ability to utilize psychological tests would be preferred
• Experience in start-up environment would be an advantage
• Social Media, Job Portals and Search engine optimization (recruiter SEO) skills
• Energetic, initiative, enthusiasm and a commitment to the learning process
• Reliable, strong discipline and good work ethics
