Job Description:
- Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Bachelor degree on civil or architecture engineering from reputable university
- Min 5 years’ experience as PM Interior handling office, bank, hotel and high-rise building interior projects
- Having in-depth knowledge on interior projects and able to handle and become problem solver for any projects issues
- Have good communication and management skill
