The Business Development Executive shall be responsible for driving the revenues at BIT.
The incumbent would be responsible in executing a successful sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Be an individual contributor,carry the sales quota & exceed them
- Build database of prospects across various verticals
- Self Lead generation capability & maintaining the sales funnel
- Conducting the sales cycle independently
- Ability to network with the Management/IT Teams & other relevant teams within the prospect organisation
- Develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team & drive marketing programs (Campaigns, Events, Seminars etc.,)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing/ usiness Management/Business Administration
- Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience & a demonstrable track record of accomplishments in software solutions selling.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia (written, oral and presentations)
- Ability to work effectively in a high growth dynamic environment
- Ability to synthesize input from multiple teams & individuals
- Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done
- Experience in IT indutry is a must
