Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive shall be responsible for driving the revenues at BIT.
The incumbent would be responsible in executing a successful sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Be an individual contributor,carry the sales quota & exceed them
  • Build database of prospects across various verticals
  • Self Lead generation capability & maintaining the sales funnel
  • Conducting the sales cycle independently
  • Ability to network with the Management/IT Teams & other relevant teams within the prospect organisation
  • Develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team & drive marketing programs (Campaigns, Events, Seminars etc.,)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing/ usiness Management/Business Administration 
  • Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience & a demonstrable track record of accomplishments in software solutions selling.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia (written, oral and presentations)
  • Ability to work effectively in a high growth dynamic environment
  • Ability to synthesize input from multiple teams & individuals
  • Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Experience in IT indutry is a must
