Tickled Media the amazing media company i am advising is hiring a Head of People and Culture. Keen to work in a young and dynamic team on  an interesting aray of topics such as culture, provide expertise and support in the areas of Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Policy and Procedure Development, and HR Compliance? Then this is for you!

To be successful you would need to have the flowing

• Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years of HR experience,
• Familiarity with all aspects of HR, including compensation, recruitment, benefits, training
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must be a collaborative team player and be a consultative problem solver
• Highly proactive style of work, with a demonstrated track record of developing innovative approaches
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Must demonstrate Core Values: Trust, Respect, Accountability, Innovation and Teamwork

Can be based in Singapore, KL, Bangkok, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh or Manila.
