Job Description :

• In collaboration with Hospital Director & BU Sales Lead to encourage profitable revenue growth through activities related to marketing communications.
• Create strategic planning and insights to help business plans to achieve annual financial targets.
• Using intelligence data findings / analysis from Busines Analyst to optimize the impact of marketing activities.
• Execute an annual plan, including sufficient PR activities,

Job Requirement :

• Female, Min. S1 in Medical Doctor / Communication / Marketing / Management / Business / Economic
• Have a good understanding of medical services / product knowledge and hospital operational flow.
• Understand and have the latest concepts in the area of marketing communication and have min 5 years of experience in the related field
• Having strong leadership qualities - communication (visual, oral, written, and presentation skills) including proven abilities to motivate the team.
