Operation Lead

Hi All,

We are currently looking for a candidate as an OPERATION LEAD to be placed in our client, one of the biggest company in telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibility:

• responsible for managing team (+/- 20 people) & handle the team's schedule
• to solve problem related to project & fulfill target in daily/monthly basis
• make sure the target achieves and running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations
• prepare daily/monthly report & ensure the project align with the budget

Requirements:

• Understands the flow operation project
• Target & result oriented
• Proficient in English
• Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree
