To ensure technical and logistical capacity to scale up and to respond
rapidly to major humanitarian emergencies anywhere in the world and
flexible impactful programming.

JOB PURPOSE:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree/S1 in any major
- At least 1 year experience working in a Logistic & procurement
- Good communication skill & problem solving
- Good skills in computer packages: Word, Excel
- Proven experience working in emergency situation (preferred)
- Minimum English skill literacy (preferred)
- Based in Palu, Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure the updated (daily) procurement tracking sheet in close coordination with supply and logistic officer for weekly communication
- To manage logistic forms and formats and keep tracking sheet, submit weekly report
- To support for continually record of asset inventory and updated in close coordination with procurement and assets officer
- To maintain suppliers/service database and regular update.
- To ensure accountability and transparency of the process logistics & procurement during the emergency situation based on Oxfam policy, regulation and value
