Job Description:
  • Preparing company’s documents such as invoice, contract, sales pre order, confirmation letter, etc.
  • Corresponding with company’s agent and vendor for purchasing company’s management related
  • Corresponding with Clients for invoicing and payment schedule
  • Creating & reporting cash flow and financial report such as petty cash, financial statement, sales revenue, and monthly/ yearly budgeting.
  • Managing expat renewal immigration documents

Required Experience
  • Female, 24-28 years old
  • Bachelor degree
  • Have experience min. 3 years in managing administration and/ or finance in related fields.
  • Able to speak English with Intermediate level. Able to speak Japanese min. N4 level  is also preferred
  • Communicative
  • Can work under pressure and multitasking
  • Willing to work in Central Jakarta area
