Experienced Marketer

Hi All.

PT Air Mancur group is currently looking for an experienced marketer to lead brand management team in managing the marketing strategy to grow the company business.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Day-to-day management of brand team, across 3 product categories:  honey, herbal, & personal care.
2. Leading the development of marketing strategy (both short-term & long-term) & managing the implementation to ensure the business growth of the company.
3. Managing product portfolio & marketing budget to achieve the targeted profitability of the company.
4. Working with New Product Development team to support product innovation process.
5. Managing market research to build understanding of the market to identify business development opportunities.
6. Working with Sales & Trade Marketing team, other internal departments & external agencies/vendors.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

• 5 years of experience as Brand Manager in FMCG company.
• Excellent leadership & management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication & problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment with limited resources.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
