Job Description
- Onboarding new employee by providing orientation about company culture, policies, and payroll information.
- Offboarding employees by conduct employment termination checklist, exit interview, and deactivate accounts
- Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, scheduling management meeting or coaching with employees, hearing and resolving employee resentment, counseling employees.
- Maintains human resource records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, sick and personal time.
- Assists with the establishment of an in-house employee training system that addresses the company’s training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or onboarding, management development, the measurement of training impact and training transfer.
- Helps to shape and monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or any related field.
- Proven experience (min: 2 year) as HR officer, Generalist, Talent Management or Recruiter
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc) and General Affair
- Understanding labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Excellent collaboration skills – being pro-active, able to effectively work with both internal & external partners.
- Ability to multi task, high Integrity, Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Problem-solving.
- Self starter with strong ethics and reliability.
- Start-up enthusiast.

- Organize the operational activities for the office by providing the facilities in a short time, accurate, and according to the approved budget.
- Generate and manage GA documents such as GA administrative, Payment Request, Cash Advance Request, Petty Cash Request, Purchase Order, etc for internal requirements
- Managing and maintenance official vehicles and building
- Responsible for providing and distributing working tools
- Bachelor degree from any major (Management is prioritised).
- Fresh graduates are welcome but more than 1 year of experience working in the related field is preferable.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Drive).
- Well organised and have management skill.
- Have strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Can work with deadlines.
