IR & GA Manager

Hi All, currently GEN Partners Inc is looking for "IR & GA Manager" position. This position will be placed on our clients, which is Multinational Manufacturing Company with salary budget 12-25 mio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Law or Psychology
• At least having 5-7 years of experience as IR & GA field ( preferably someone from FMCG Industry)
• Must have experience worked in manufacturing company
• Capable to liaise with officer bearers of Unions for various management actions
• Knowledge of the development and implementing HR Policies and Procedures
• Fluently in spoken and written English-
• placement in Jakarta Barat
