Here are the requirements and job description for the position (fresh graduate/junior staff & experienced candidate/ senior staff) :

Legal Intern :

Responsibilities:

• Draft agreements according to local regulation
• Guide strategy of the venture based on sound legal rationale
• Maintain compliance frameworks
• Draft internal legal memos regarding upcoming regulatory landscape
• Handle a variety of general corporate legal matters

Requirements:

• Able to commit for at least 6 months
• Passion for the internet and start-up industry
• Positive attitude, consultative approach and self-motivation are all essential
• Highest work ethic and unlimited drive
• 100% execution-minded, hands-on approach
• High sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal and social skills
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous experience in Banking & Finance, Financial Services Regulatory is a plus
• University exchange programs are welcome
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory

Legal Staff :

Responsibilities:  

• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
• Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation

Requirement :

• Proven experience as a legal counsel in the business environment
• Already got Advocate Certificate or has passed Advocate Professional Education Program
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
• Outstanding communication skills
• Bachelor degree in Law (S.H.)
• Fluent in English (writing and verbal), we would highly recommend you to provide IELTS or TOEFL score
• Have experience in a legal position for 2 years or more.

• Develop web-app, from requirements through the complete development lifecycle, to deployment
• Creating API to be used by the back-end
• Collaborate internally with product owner, members of the development team as well as other teams
• Troubleshoot system bugs and issues
• Maintenance existing system

<Required skills>

• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS
• Proficient in Bootstrap
• Proficient in MySQL
• Have experience with Laravel
• Have experience with NodeJS
• Have experience with Git
• Have experience use and creating API

<Desired experiences>

• Working Experience 3-5 years
• Development experience with PHP, javascript, Bootstrap.
• Have experience with Laravel or NodeJS is a plus
• Having work portfolio or programming experience to show would be advantage
