• Bachelor's Degree of Secretarial or equivalent
• Female with max 33 years old
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
• Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility, Organization and time management skills
• The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
• Attention to detail
• Willing to be placed at Jalan Panjang (West Jakarta)
• Mandarin language is an advantage
