Hi, Blibli.com is calling for Internal Communication and Culture Management who will be the agent of change that enables Bliblioneers to keep creating positive changes through our culture. You may find the requirement details below:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Communications, Psychology, Management, or equivalent (GPA min 3.0)
• Having experience in Internal Communication is a major plus, but fresh graduates are welcomed
• Effective communicator in English and Bahasa, both in written and spoken
• Passionate in writing
• A creative and energetic personality
• Able to work independently and with team to deliver and execute a wide-range of innovative ideas
• Ability to use Adobe Illustrator and Video-editing tools is a plus
