I'm looking for "Project Admin" who's good at administrative things.
You'll be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks for one of Banking Headquarter Office in Jakarta.
  • At least you have 1 year of experience in similar role
  • Excellent in Business English communication skill (it's a must)
  • Familiar to assist clients meeting and scheduling.
  • Tech savvy and open to learn digital bank research
  • Good in communications, scheduling, data entry, secretarial services and people oriented
  • Good and confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Loves both clerical and administrative things
  • The recruitment process will be held in Jakarta.
