UI/UX Designer

We're hiring a UI/UX designer to build with us at GOX.
We're looking for creative and driven designers with a passion for creating user experiences, and  able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through launch.

• Pixel-perfect standard
• You will be creating digital strategy, user research, information architecture, and UX and interaction design across multiple touch-points, including web, mobile, and apps.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flow and sitemaps.
• You'll be working closely with our internal team of project managers, visual designers and developers.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in user testing, which includes gathering and evaluating user requirements and improve designs based on the feedbacks.
• Advocate and promote user-centred design.
• Able to identify and troubleshoot UX problems (such as; responsiveness)
• Synergies with the graphic design team to incorporate the visual identity of GOX into the features.

Requirements:

• Up to date CV.
• Interest and experience in UI/UX design.
• Portfolio of past work (please provide online / PDF portfolio for us to review).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in Adobe suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, and others).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative, passionate, flexible, expandable and easy-going spirit.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge & experience in HTML / CSS / Javascript.
• Motion graphic skills (animation and video editing).
• Experience with a variety of prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, etc).
