Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Section Head PT. AEON CREDIT SERVICE INDONESIA

Responsibility :

1. In charge of end to end recruitment process from sourcing, selection, hiring to onboarding
2. Maintain & monitor job portals, head hunters, e-platforms and other recruitment tools
3. Maintain candidates database
4. Initiate new recruitment campaigns & projects
5. Lead the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill company's manpower needs

Requirements :

1. Min 5 years experience in recruitment role
2. Preferably from Supervisor/Coordinator level
3. Proven track record in managerial level manpower fulfillment
4. Business level english is a must
