Compliance Supervisor

Currently, Our client still looking for "Compliance Supervisor" position for FMCG company in TB. Simatupang South Jakarta, with requirement:

• At least S1.
• At least 3 year at Supervisor position in FMCG com
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
• Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
• Strong customer and results orientation
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
• Ability to function as an effective team member
• Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves

Job Description:

1. Carry out supervisory responsibilities with respect to assigning workloads, maintaining qualities of work, keeping the status quo and the flows of the case files, preparing various drafts of reports for the Manager.
2. Be aware of the rules and regulations applicable to Members and to abide by the existing policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate training & assistance to employees to achieve the best performance & necessary guidance.
4. Interact with Members to fulfill their needs by providing proper solutions to satisfy their concern.
