Customer Service (Sales Support) Section Manager

Hi y'all !

We're looking for Customer Service (Sales Support) Section Manager in one of the biggest manufacturing company / automation industry.

IF YOU HAVE :

1. Minimum 2 years experience in the similar positions (Assistant Manager / Manager level), preferably from automotive industries.
2. Willing to be located in Cikarang / Jakarta
3. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) any major
4. Fluent in English both spoken & written
5. Familiar with ERP system, export & import customs regulation
6. Strong negotiation & interpersonal skill
7. Strong analytical & problem solving skill

YOU WILL :

1. Manage orders planning & delivery forecast based on customer's inquiries
2. Manage budgeting plan & control, delivery & inventory cost
3. Manage inventory & warehouse to assure safety stock and avoid stock discrepancy
4. Manage new products, new customers, new vendors registration
5. Manage incoming import product in order to meet customer's requirement
6. Manage Pricing & Payment issue (AP, Temporary Payment, DN/CN issue, Sales Return, etc)
7. Manage customer communications & relations to maintain best services
