Customer Service Supervisor

thumbnail-cadangan We are in search of Customer Service Supervisor to be placed in our Cikarang site (Jababeka) and ready to work (best) starting June 10, 2019.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, major related to sales and marketing, international trade
  • Min. 3 years or more working experience in sales and marketing
  • Having experience in dealing with logistic provider/transporter
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good English both oral and written
  • Expert in Ms Excel
  • Fast reaction to request
  • Preferably living in Bekasi area
  • Hard worker and pleasant personality
Job Description:
  • Order processing, coordinating internal & external resources to meet customer’s needs for goods delivery and service request.
  • The first interface to complaints from customer and convey the message precisely to right organization.
  • Track and update sales Rep. on P/O proceeding.
  • SAP data input and maintenance.
  • Document P/O and related.
  • Cooperate with other relevant department on logistics.
  • Complete the other tasks given by the superiors.
