Feasibility & Business Development Specialist

• Handling potential new project and monitoring
• Research for accurate information about the potential new project.
• Setting up a new business plan for a new project
• Proposing fresh ideas for the upcoming new project
• Performing feasibility study of every project involving market aspect, financial aspect, cost development, investment, selling price which all will be applied to solid financial analysis with the expense and revenue projections involvement.
• Financial analysis that includes expense and revenue projections

Job Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Civil or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Leadership value, ability to multi-task, work in the team and proactive
