Our client is looking for candidates for the following position :

1. Formality and Compliance Officer (Batam)
    Job description :
  • To ensure company be in line with existing laws & regulations and represent company in dealing with cases externally Responsibilities
  • To prepare Standard Operating Procedures, Work Intructions & similar kinds.
  • To propose all corrective action to ensure all company activities and its employees be in compliance with existing local law and regulations
  • To perfom audit and continuous check and monitor to ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs etc
  • To follow up with all sections and personnel for closing audit finding s and their kinds
  • To represent company in all external cases particularly related to legal, claims, prolong medication etc.
  • To develop system in the section to the most sophisticated level yet friendly to all users
  • To prepare reports, attend meetings, discuss and propose initiatives.
    Experience :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Good verbal and wirtten in English Communication Skill
  • Have experience as HR, Secretary/ administration and handling expatriate permit, min 1 year
  • Female
  • Single, energetic, confident, and attractive

2. Admin Executive (Jakarta)
    Job description :
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills & errands
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare formality requirements
  • Screen and direct guests appropriately, and maintain security and telecommunications system 
    Experience :
  • Minimum bachelor's degree of any discipline
  • Preferably having 1-2 year experience as admin/secretary/receptionist
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Mature personality, energetic, proactive, dynamic, friendly
