Group Cash Executive, Risk Analyst B2B, Credit Control

Our client is looking for candidates for the following position :
1. Group Cash Executive (Jakarta)
    Job description :

• Identify, analyze and recommend new financial possibilities and action plans related to FX/ debt management/ liquidity funds to optimize financial position and minimize interest costs
• Monitor the foreign exchange risk exposure on a daily basis, support definition and execute FX hedging strategy
• Responsible for debt & FX reporting
• Provide information to internal auditors
• Contact point with Bank Indonesia in Jakarta
• Manage and prepare Export LCs negotiation with Bank
• Manage and prepare Application Bid and Performance Bonds
• Monitor cash availability and ensuring the financing of operations
• Responsible for ensuring liquidity, cash investments and FX exposure and transactions
• Maintain external financial bank relationships at local level - Ensure full control and managed Trade Finance function

    Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting /finance
• Accounting background, experience in cash management and trade finance 
• Strong Excel and database skills.
• Cash management and Financial skills
• FX hedging expertise
• Understanding of internal controls over financial reporting

2. Risk Analyst B2B (Jakarta Pusat)
    Job description :

• Make recommendations to reduce or control risk, which may involve an insurance strategy
• Work with traders to calculate the risk associated with specific transactions
• Liaise with underwriters and insurers
• Forecast and monitor market trends
• Conduct research to assess the severity of risk
• Review legal documents
• Present ideas via reports and presentations, outline findings and make recommendations for improvements
• Purchase insurance
• Use financial packages and software, including portfolio management software
• Study government legislation, which may affect a company, and advise on compliance
• Develop contingency plans to deal with emergencies 

    Experience :

• At least 5 years experience in a finance setting, especially in retail / credit / consumer loan will be an advantage
• Ability to develop reports that summarize complex data into meaningful analysis that can be used by decision makers
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and legislative policy and procedures for the financial sector
• Excellent research, analysis and reporting skills

3. Credit Control (Batam)
    Job description :

• Collect data / information on customer
• Participate in credit risk assessment
• Provide information on customer credit
• Preparing ageing balance (overdues)
• Perform Level 1 client dunning (SOA)
• Perform Cash Application 

    Experience :

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
• Experienced 1 years as account receivable or similar position
• Business oriented
• Problem solving and customer service skills
• Good Excel and database skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization
