HR Operations
Job Descriptions:
- Handle administrative task regarding human resource such as employee documentation, employee attendance, employee letters, leave management, exit management, and benefits (BPJS and health insurance)
- Handle payroll administration
- Bachelor degree any major from reputable university
- At least a year experience in a similar role (experience in payroll is a must)
- Have a knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law – Act 13 of 2003
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ultra detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and juggle with multiple priorities
