JOB VACANCY: HRGA ASSISTANT MANAGER // JAPANESE DIESEL MACHINERY MANUFACTURER COMPANY

Good day everyone!
One of our client, a Japanese Diesel Machinery Manufacturer company located in Depok, is looking for HRGA Assistant Manager to join with their team.

[Qualification]

• Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Minimal 5 years of working experience in HR and GA (especially experienced in handling recruitment, training and development, and HR administration).
• Minimal experience as supervisor level in related position
• Have experience in labor union/IR will be an advantage
• Willing to do business trip outside Jakarta for recruitment related matters
• Character: detailed oriented, good in social and interaction skill, able to do adaptation towards new environment, and also systematic.
• Good in English (writing and speaking)
