Job Desc:

• Assess customers’ needs, provides assistance & information on available strata office spaces
• Cold Calling prospective clients and answer their queries
• Follow & achieve individual & department’s sales goals on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Actively seek out clients & generate leads in the market
• Remain knowledgeable on Jakarta CBD & Non-CBD market so they can offer and discuss available options to prospective clients
• Process sales purchases & transactions
• Cross sell products
• Team up with co-workers to ensure sales & proper customer service
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. plan marketing activities, design)

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Associate or similar role (min. 2 years)
• Basic understanding of sales principles & customer service practices
• Proficiency in English & Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer & market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of sales quota
• Hands-on experience with sales transactions
• Solid communication & interpersonal skills
• A friendly & energetic personality
• Ability to perform under pressure
• S1/BA/BS degree in Marketing or sales
