PT Panca Kusuma Raya, now hiring Recruitment & Employee Branding Officer

Responsibility :

• Supporting end to end recruitment process including administration, interview, and onboarding
• Sourcing and fullfilling candidate with right quality align with business purpose
• Bulid and maintaining all candidate sourcing channels
• Develop, implement, and manage Empoyee Branding Program through social media channel
• Design and manages all social media content
• Using analytics and reports to identifying recruitment strategy and trends

Requirement :

• Min. Bachelor's Degree any field
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Social Media Savvy, Proven Result using Social Media usage for employee branding or digital marketing
• Having knowledge in Ilustration Tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop will be plus
