JOB VACANCY – B2B Account Executive

KGXpress is a courier and logistics services part of Kompas Gramedia Group, currently need a space to fill B2B Account Executive position.

Job Desc:

• Develop and maintain client relationships by developing effective ways to transport customer needs utilizing Kompas Gramedia Logistics' services.
• The role serves in a sales capacity and communicates with both customer and carrier contacts.
• Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client specific needs, promoting and selling services, and maintaining sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Ability to work both independently and within a team;
• Extremely organized and detail oriented;
• Must possess a strong work ethic;
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email;
• Strong communication (both verbal and written - fluent in English is preferable), problem solving, and decision making skills;
• Previous working background in logistics is a must.
