CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Chemical Major)
(JAKARTA & SURABAYA PLACEMENT)

• Provide Customer Satisfaction through installation and trouble shooting.
• Conduct proper & effective instrument installation
• Help customer in applying best solution on instrument’s problems
• Make report on every job done
• Cooperate with other divisions in sharing information related to instrument’s problems concerning customer satisfaction

• Requirements :

• Minimum SMK in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or D3 in Electronic Engineering
• Has experience in operating or servicing LC / GC / Spectrophotometry
• Understand electricity system in Indonesia will be added value
• Able to operate computer, minimum Office package and email function.
• Good English skill ; oral as well as written
• Willing to travel all over Indonesia
• Honest and High Self-driven personality
