Learning Design Specialist

We are looking for a Learning Design Specialist to join our Learning & Development Team.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Training Need Analysis, Action Learning, Presentation skill, Module Design, Training material development & Learning tools.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably staff specialized in training & development, training material development or equivalent.
• Have the experience creating training material development, learning tools and learning material for training.
• Has good knowledge about people development.

Job Description :

• Identify training & development needs within an organization.
• Design & expand training & development programs based on the needs of the department.
• Creating training material development, learning tools and learning material for training.
