JOB VACANCY - PURCHASING STAFF

Job Desc:

1. Make purchases of goods upon request from all divisions / departments
2. Checking supply obtained from suppliers to ensure the quantity of goods
3. Negotiate the price to get the best price.                           
4. Complete the administrative process of purchasing goods
5. Check the payment process made by the Finance Division
6. Ensure delivery of goods from suppliers to ensure goods are received on time 
7. Procurement and Supply Chain Management Function

Requirement:

1. Minimum D3 from all major
2. Minimum 1 year experience as Purchasing Staff or Buyer is preferred (experience in Import will be an advantage)
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. English language (Speaking, Writing, and Listening)
