Requirements:
- Maximum 29 years old
- Bachelor Degree of any major, preferable Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Minimum experience 2-3 years
- Good communication skill, have strong willing to work with limited supervisor
- Have strong initiative and able to develop people development program
- Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently,cost effectively and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards
- Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees
- Develop, deliver and evaluate training programs and curriculum so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements
- Design training curriculum and method
- Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned HR requirements of the organization
