BDO in Indonesia is looking for Compensation and Benefit with requirements below:

Job Description :

• Controlling and maintaining employee data related to Compensation and Benefit
• Experience handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and Insurance (including for reconciliation)
• Familiar with Ms Office (Logical function formula as : Lookup & Reference and financial)
• Controlling and maintaining data. Ensure any data changes and are keeping updated
• Take responsibilities for analyze including review for Compensation and Benefit record, presentation and report.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from university from any major
• Minimum working experience 4 years in Compensation & Benefit management
• Advance skill in Excel
• Knowledge about current labour rules and regulation, including recent government compensation regulation
• Good communication and analytical skill
