HR manager

Hello!

We're looking for an HR manager to lead and provide support on various HR related services - incl. organizational development, employee performance, etc. This position reports directly to the Deputy Chief of Party and is based in Jakarta.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Business or related field. Masters degree preferred;
• Progressive responsibility in the HR field; experience working for a government contractor or an international development organization preferred;
• Prior experience with staffing and recruitment; working knowledge of USAID and Government of Indonesia compliance requirements preferred;
• A thorough understanding of Indonesian legislation related to personnel employment;
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a result-oriented environment with strong customer service and consultative orientation;
• Fluency in Bahasa and good command of English;
• Understanding of the health development sector
