HR (Recruitment Officer) Ruangguru

Job Descriptions :
  • Search and attract the best candidates for each user through online ads and offline initiatives
  • Handling the recruitment process such as selecting the candidate from the documents and manage the interview session (on a large-scale)
  • Conduct the assessment and make a simple report of the candidate's personality
  • Communicate to other parties about the events related to the recruitment process such as job expo
  • Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking System and other forms of reporting or recordkeeping with attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements :
  • Master degree from psychology 1- 2 years of experience in the recruitment process
  • Knowledgeable in interview and in psychological testing
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling between multiple priorities
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as maintain deadlines
  • An initiative and creative person, able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of project team
  • Based on Yogyakarta
