PT Phincon is looking for "HR Recruitment"

Requirment :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have psychological test, scoring, administration, communication
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Able to do interview end to end process
• Good analytical skill & interpersonal skill
• Experience in IT recruitment would be advantage
