HR Services Specialist

PT. MAP Boga Adiperkasa (MBA – part of MAP Group) is currently looking for HR Services Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan

Requirements:

• Preferably Female, max. 32 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in business administration, psychology, law, social studies or relevant field
• Min. 3 years experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR services functions
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Understanding of BPJS TK & BPJS Kes. procedures
• Familiar with SIPP Online BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Edabu BPJS Kesehatan
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
