Industrial Marketing Manager

PT Sepatu Mas Indonesia (Part Of Gunung Sewu Group) is looking for Industrial Marketing Manager.

Job Description

• Develop Brand’s communication strategy and enhance brand awareness through integrated campaign strategy to achieve the business objective
• Make annual strategic Marketing plan to support Merchandising and Operation team to achieve the target
• Make annual Marketing Budget for the whole year activities and supervising the implementation
• Creating innovative social media activities and social media content
• Develop and maintain partnership with third party (banks, media, malls, etc)
• To launch successful campaigns by developing an integrated Marketing Communication across various media (ATL, BTL, online and in-store)
• Make an event for shops to support sales and cooperate with community.
• To develop media strategy, including media mix planning. Placement and analysis, according to the defined brand communication strategy.
• Supervise daily routines in executing Marketing Plans and initiatives
• Lead some event to strengthen brand awareness
• Analyze weekly and monthly report of the ongoing programs
• Plan for CRM and Engagement with customers.
• To analyze competitor’s communication strategy, pattern, and method in doing their corporate and brand campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager / Asst Manager Minimum 2 years
• Proficiency in English
• Good Analytical Thinking and Presentation
• Excellent knowledge of MS Power Point
• Thorough understanding of Retail Industry, prefer Fashion Industry
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Willing to be located in Ancol
