Position :
1. Japanese Marketing & Customer Relation Management (Jakarta Pusat)
Job description :
- Proactive looking for new prospect / new business
- Create new customer and business, and Maintain good relationship with customer
- Keep good relationship and negotiate with prospective and existing corporate customers
- Responsible for all required document related for contract matters (making report and application, physical inspection or take pics of lease item, legal contract, etc)
- Follow up the collection process on case the customers causing any payment problem or other administration issue
- Assist for customer inquiries
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from any Major, post graduated is not mandatory
- Female
- Preferable to have experience in related field
- Able to speak and write for both English and Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Highly motivation, driven target, loyal and minimum supervised experience in handling corporate customer
- Able to liaise to vendor/supplier, customer and management expectation
