Recruitment Lead Ruangguru (Jogja Based)
Job Descriptions :

• Lead the recruitment team consist of recruiters, admins, and interns to achieve recruitment targets
• Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Design recruitment scheme and iteratively update it based on candidate's experience
• Work and maintain good relations with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
• Manages and develops the team of HR recruiters

Requirements :

• Min. 5 years of experience in recruiting, experienced as recruiting supervisor is desirable
• Willing to be placed in Jogja
• Experienced in recruitment consultant and headhunter will be a plus
• Experienced as recruiter for IT, education, and business positions is desirable
• Experienced in mass recruitment
• Have the knowledge of talent market in Jogja
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling between multiple priorities
• Able to work under pressure
• Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as maintain deadlines
• An initiative and creative person, able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of project team
