We are looking for Recruitment Officer

Job description :

• Searching for candidate from various sourcing channel and in a creative way.
• Conducting psychological testing and behavioral interview before proposing candidate to users.
• Maintaining a good relationship with users in every directorate and acting as their business partner.
• Understanding every job description in vacant position, in order to get the right candidate.
• Propose candidate`s salary approval to HR Head, and making the proposal based on the right justification.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree majoring Psychology, with min GPA 3.00, max. 27 years old.
• Having 2 years experience as a recruiter.
• Familiar with DISC, Papi Kostick, BAUM, Wartegg.
• Able to conduct behavioral event interview.
• Able to work in the tight deadlines.
• Having pleasant personality.
• Well adaptable in dynamic working environment.
